What we store, and what we never ask for
Last updated 22 August 2026
Your rundowns
We store what you type: the rundown title, the event date, the show start time, and each row's title, duration, notes, department and colour. That content is yours. We do not read it for any purpose other than running the product, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not sell it.
Viewers and share links
Only the person who owns a rundown signs in. Crew and stage viewers never create an account and we never ask for their names or email addresses. A connected screen is tracked by a random session id generated in that browser, plus which of the three views it opened and when it was last seen — enough to count screens against your plan and show live presence, and nothing more.
Share links carry a long random token. They are unguessable, but they are unlisted rather than private: anyone you send one to can open that view without signing in, so treat a control link like a password.
Account and payment
Accounts are handled by Clerk, which holds your email address and sign-in details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We keep a record of which plan you are on and whether it is active.
Analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count page views and see which parts of the product get used. It sets a first-party cookie holding a random visitor id, and it records clicks and page views. Session recording is switched off, so we never watch a replay of your screen or of a live show. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
If you email us, that mail is delivered and stored through Resend so we can read and reply to it.
Deletion
Delete a rundown and its rows go with it. To remove everything, email hello@runsheet.show and ask: we delete the account and every rundown attached to it. Where we have to keep a payment record for accounting, that record is the only thing that stays.
Who we are
Runsheet is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. Questions: hello@runsheet.show.
