What Runsheet is
Runsheet is a hosted rundown editor plus a live-execution layer: you build the run of show, then run it from the same place, with every connected screen showing the same current item and countdown. It does not write rundown content for you. It is a web app; there is no native app and no offline desktop install.
Runsheet is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Poland. Contact: hello@runsheet.show.
Have a backup on show day
This is the important one. Runsheetruns in a browser over the internet, and a live show has no second take. Venue wifi fails, laptops sleep, and hosted services have outages. Print the rundown or export a PDF before doors, and keep it where the caller can reach it. We provide the service "as is" and cannot accept liability for a show that goes wrong, so please plan for the case where it does.
Plans and billing
Free is genuinely free and stays that way: one active rundown, three connected screens, the full editor and full live mode, and print or PDF export. Pro is $19 per month, billed monthly through Stripe, and lifts the limits to unlimited rundowns and unlimited connected screens. There are no per-event fees, no seat fees and no annual contract, and viewers never pay and never sign up.
Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro until then. If you were billed for a month you never used, or something went wrong on our side, email hello@runsheet.show and we will sort it out fairly.
Your content and your share links
You keep all rights to the rundowns you build. Share links are unguessable but unlisted, so anyone you send one to can open that view without signing in — a control link lets them drive the show, so treat it like a password. You are responsible for who you send links to.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, resell access as a service of your own, or try to work around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability and changes
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may update these terms; material changes appear on this page with a new date, and continuing to use Runsheet after a change means you accept it.
